DLRdmv™ creates and deploys innovative Title & Registration technology and Governmental Compliance solutions to the Automotive Industry. DLRdmv provides an exciting, entrepreneurial work environment for individuals interested in being a part of a growing company that is fully committed to serving its customers.
Job Summary
DLRdmv is scaling rapidly and needs a finance systems leader who can connect data, technology, and financial insight. As a Director of FP&A working on reporting architecture, you will play a key role in designing and managing the systems, processes, and models that link our financial systems (ERP, planning and budgeting, reporting) with our go-to-market engine (CRM, marketing tools, pipeline analytics). Reporting to the CFO, you will serve as the bridge between Finance, IT, and our Head of Revenue Operations, ensuring that financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting reflect a complete view of revenue generation and operational execution. This person will play a critical role in supporting decision-making processes across the organization – you will be at the center of how we measure, forecast and accelerate profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the end-to-end finance technology stack – ERP, FP&A, and budgeting tools, reporting platforms – and ensure clean data flows seamlessly to and from GTM systems
· Partner with IT and RevOps to architect integrations between ERP, CRM, billing, and data warehouse platforms
· Govern data quality, chart-of-accounts mapping, and master data management to preserve a single source of truth for operational and financial reporting
· Lead automation of recurring finance tasks (forecast updates, management reporting, variance analysis) to reduce manual effort and close cycle time
· Develop dashboards that align Finance and RevOps around pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and key SaaS metrics (LTV/CAC, etc.) – highlighting trends and areas for improvement
· Act as the liaison between Accounting, FP&A, and GTM functions to align definitions
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFO, COO, Head of Sales and RevOps) to gather data and information necessary for creating comprehensive reports and presentations on growth efficiency, sales productivity, and customer economics
· Work day-to-day with the Head of Revenue Operations to translate GTM data into financial insight – ensuring consistency between CRM metrics, invoice data and reported revenue
· Partner with Product and Operations to incorporate usage, volume, and cost metrics into forecasting models
· Lead finance input for RevOps system enhancements and data architecture decisions; represent Finance in Sales and GTM planning forums
· Establish clear documentation of processes, integrations, and KPIs – build the blueprint for a scalable environment
· Evaluate and implement new FP&A or analytics technologies that improve forecast accuracy and business insight
· Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analyses as required, providing GTM expertise and recommendations
Required Skills & Experience
· 7+ years’ experience in finance systems or data architecture roles within SaaS, fintech, or tech-enabled services organizations
· Hands-on expertise with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite), FP&A or planning tools (Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.) and BI/reporting platforms
· Working knowledge of go-to-market systems – CRM, CPQ, billing/subscription management, and customer success tools – and how they link to financial reporting
· Strong understanding of SaaS and recurring revenue metrics (LTV, CAC, NRR, churn ARR snowball and unit economics)
· Proven ability to build driver-based forecasting and scenario models combining operational and financial inputs
· Demonstrated success partnering with GTM and RevOps teams to align financial planning with sales, marketing, and customer-success execution
· Experience leading system integrations, automation initiatives, and data-governance programs
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with various stakeholders.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
